View information about the last automatic failover
- In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the Servers and components menu, expand High availability > High availability instances.
- Click a high availability pair.
- If an automatic failover occurred, in the System status section, the Failover time field displays the date and time that the failover occurred, and the Failover reason field displays the cause of the failover.
After you finish: To clear this
information, click Clear failover time and reasons.
