About licensing

After you install BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, you must activate licenses. If you upgraded a supported product to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1 or later, you must upgrade and activate licenses. You should activate licenses before you follow the configuration instructions in this guide, and before you add user accounts and activate devices.
