Delete data from a device
You can delete only work data from a device when a user no longer works at your organization. All personal data remains on the device. You can also delete all data from a device.
When you delete only work data or all data from a device, BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 removes the device from the user account and from the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 domain it was assigned to.
Note: A user cannot use the device or make emergency calls while the device deletes
data.
- On the menu bar, click Users.
- Click the name of a user account.
- Click on the tab for the device.

In the Managing devices section, perform one of the
following actions:
- To delete the work data from the device, click the Delete only work data icon.
- To delete all the data from the device, click the Delete all device data icon.
- 5. Click Submit.
