Lock an iOS or Android device

You can use this command to lock an iOS or Android device if the device is lost or stolen. The user must type the existing device password to unlock the device.

Note: This command applies only to devices with "MDM controls" or "Work and personal - full control" activation types.
  1. On the menu bar, click Users.
  2. Click the name of a user account.
  3. In the Managing devices section, click Lock device.
