The subscriber can't set up a BlackBerry email address with the preferred user name

The user name that the subscriber typed might already be taken by another subscriber.

Perform one of the following actions:

• Ask the subscriber to choose one of the alternative user names that the BlackBerry Internet Service suggests and to try again.
• Ask the subscriber to type another user name.

The BlackBerry Internet Service might not support a character in the user name.

Supported characters include letters, numbers, the underscore, the dash, and the period.

Ask the subscriber to choose a user name that only includes these supported characters and to try creating the user name again.
