View error information for a subscriber account
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
The BlackBerry Internet Service logs error messages for subscriber accounts as they occur. All errors that are associated with an email address appear in the error log along with possible solutions.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
- At the top of the Subscriber Details area, click View Error Log.
