The subscriber's account is locked

Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not be available.

Possible cause

The subscriber typed the password incorrectly too many times.

Possible solution

  1. Search for the subscriber.
  2. In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
  3. In the Subscriber Details area, click Unlock.
