Remove certificates from every device that is managed by the BlackBerry Device Service

The subfolders in the Certificates folder contain root and intermediate CA certificates that are stored on every BlackBerry device that is managed by the BlackBerry Device Service. When the content of one of the subfolders changes, all certificates in the folder are sent to every device to replace the previous set of certificates.
