Reactivate a device

When you reactivate a BlackBerry device, the work space on the device is deleted but the device remains assigned to the same user account and a new work space is created.

  1. Connect the device to a computer that can access the BlackBerry Administration Service.
  2. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the Devices menu, expand Attached devices.
  3. If multiple devices are connected to the BlackBerry Administration Service, click Overview.
  4. Select the device that you want to reactivate, and click Save.
  5. Click Manage current device.
  6. Click Reactivate the current device for the current user.
  7. Click Yes - Reactivate the device.
