Create a list of selected user accounts and their associated devices
To create a list of selected user accounts and the devices associated with those accounts, export the information to a .csv file. You can use this list to determine what user’s accounts are associated with which type of device or to perform an audit on the number of managed devices in your organization.
- In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User.
- Click Manage users.
- Search for the user accounts.
- In the search results, check the boxes next to the name you want to export.
- In the Export users section, click Export selected users.
- Click Download file.
