What is the BES12 Client?
The BES12 Client is an app that allows BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 to communicate with iOS and Android devices. If users want to activate iOS or Android devices on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, they must install the BES12 Client on their devices. Users can download the latest version of the BES12 Client from the App Store for iOS devices, or from Google Play for Android devices.
After users activate their devices, the BES12 Client allows users to
do the following:
- Verify whether their devices are compliant with the organization's standards
- View the profiles that have been assigned to their user accounts
- View the IT policy rules that have been assigned to their user accounts
- Deactivate their devices
