Create a support staff report
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
You can create a report to compile information on a support staff member account or group of support staff member accounts. A support staff report includes user, group, activity, and account information.
- At the top of the webpage, click Support Staff.
- In the Search area at the left of the webpage, select the support staff member account or group that you want to find.
- Click Export.
- Select whether you want to open or save the report.
- Click OK.
