Move multiple support staff member accounts
Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
You can move multiple support staff member accounts to a new or an existing group.
- At the top of the webpage, click Support Staff.
- Search for the support staff member accounts that you want to move to a group, or click View All.
- Select the support staff member accounts that you want to move.
- Click Move.
- Review the selected support staff member accounts in the Move Support Staff Members dialog box.
- Click Next.
- Select the group that you want to move the support staff member accounts to.
- Click Move All.
- Click Close.
