Add an existing email address
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.

In the
Subscriber Details area, click
Add Email.
- To add an existing email address, type the email address and password. Click Next.
- To add a POP or IMAP email address and provide server and user name settings, click POP/IMAP (Most common). Specify the settings for the email address. Click Next.
- To add a Microsoft Outlook Web Access account, click Outlook Web Access (Exchange). Specify the settings for the email address. Click Next.
- If available, to synchronize contacts or calendar entries between the subscriber's email address and the BlackBerry device, select the types of data to synchronize. Click Synchronize.
