Reclaim a subscriber's BlackBerry email address
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
If a subscriber has deleted a BlackBerry email address and wants to use it again, you can reclaim it.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
- In the Subscriber Details area, click Add Email.
- Click Reclaim Existing Email Address.
- Type the user name.
- Click Next.
- If necessary, type the password. Click Next.
