Delete a user account

On the menu bar, click Users.
Click the name of a user account.
Click the delete icon.
In the dialog box, perform one of the following actions:
- To permanently delete a user account and only the work data from all the devices linked to the user account, select Delete user and delete only the work data from the devices.
- To permanently delete a user account and all of the data from all the devices linked to the user account, select Delete user and delete all device data from the devices.
