Managing the wireless backup and recovery of organizer data

The wireless backup feature backs up user account settings and data from BlackBerry devices to BlackBerry Business Cloud Services automatically. You can use the wireless backup feature to synchronize organizer data to devices without affecting the performance of Microsoft Office 365. You can also use the wireless backup feature to restore data from BlackBerry Business Cloud Services to the device. By default, wireless backup is turned on when you activate BlackBerry devices.
