Synchronizing contact pictures

By default, BlackBerry Business Cloud Services synchronizes pictures that users add to contact list entries between the BlackBerry device and their email account. A user can add, delete, and change pictures in the email account or on the device.

If a picture is larger than 32 KB, BlackBerry Business Cloud Services cannot synchronize the contact picture with a device from the email account.
