Make a subscriber's lost device ring
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
Using BlackBerry Protect to make a subscriber's BlackBerry device ring also activates the Loud profile so that the device rings when it receives incoming calls.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
- In the Subscriber Details area, click the BlackBerry Protect tab.
- Click Loud Ring.
- Click Loud Ring.
If the
device is turned off or not connected to the wireless network, BlackBerry makes the device ring the next time the device is
accessible.
