Send service books to a BlackBerry device
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
Service books determine which services are available on BlackBerry devices. If a subscriber's email address is not functioning correctly, you can try to reactivate the subscriber's account by sending service books. Sending service books does not activate BlackBerry Internet Service accounts that are not valid.
Subscribers can also send service books to their devices from the subscriber website or the email setup application.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
- In the Subscriber Details area, click the Email Accounts tab.
- If necessary, click Refresh Status to determine the current status of the service books.
- Click Send Service Books.
