View current polling information for an email address
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
The BlackBerry Internet Service automatically polls email accounts that are associated with existing email addresses that subscribers have added to the BlackBerry Internet Service. You must manually update the Next poll and Last poll information that appears for this email account before you can view the most up-to-date information.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
- In the Subscriber Details area, click the Email Accounts tab.
- Below the email addres, click Refresh.
