Poll an email account to send email messages to the subscriber's device
Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not
be available.
You can override the next scheduled poll of an email account that is associated with an email address that a subscriber has added to the BlackBerry Internet Service.
- Search for the subscriber's account.
- In the Subscriber Search Results area, click the subscriber.
- In the Subscriber Details area, click the Email Accounts tab.
- Below the email address, click Poll Mail.
