Subscriber migration between messaging service plans

To move subscribers between messaging service plans, you must change the messaging service plan associated with the subscriber in the BlackBerry Provisioning System.

When you change a subscriber's messaging service plan, the BlackBerry Internet Service sends new service books to the subscriber's BlackBerry device. The subscriber's email addresses and settings are retained as long as they are supported by the new messaging service plan.
