Add a subscriber account

Note: Depending on the permissions that your administrator has assigned to you, some features or options might not be available.
  1. At the top of the webpage, click Subscribers.
  2. In the Add area at the left of the webpage, click Add.
  3. Type the PIN and device ID (IMEI, ESN, or MEID) for the subscriber's smartphone.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Complete the login fields. The subscriber must provide this information when accessing the BlackBerry Internet Service to add email accounts or change account settings.
  6. In the Language drop-down list, click a language.
  7. Click Next.
