The subscriber can't access the BlackBerry Internet Service account using a browser on a computer

Possible cause
The subscriber accesses the BlackBerry Internet Service account using automatic login using BlackBerry ID or automatic login.
Possible solution
To log in to the BlackBerry Internet Service website using a browser on a computer, the subscriber must have a user name and password for the BlackBerry Internet Service account.
Try the following actions:
- If the subscriber has BlackBerry 6 or earlier installed on the smartphone, create a user name and password for the subscriber.
- If the subscriber set up a BlackBerry Internet Service account on a smartphone with BlackBerry 7 installed on it, you cannot create a user name and password for the subscriber. Advise the subscriber that they must manage email on their smartphone using the email setup application.
Note: Existing subscribers with a user name and password who upgrade to BlackBerry 7 can continue to log in to the BlackBerry
