Connect your smartphone to your computer using a USB cable
- Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a USB port on your computer.
- Connect the smaller end of the USB cable to the USB port on the side of your BlackBerry smartphone.
- On your computer, if the Device Security Password field appears, type your smartphone password. Click OK.
- Click OK.
