Change the private key access permissions of the certificate

In the right pane, right-click the certificate you just installed.
Select All Tasks.
Select Manage Private Keys.
In the Permissions window, click Add.
In the Select Users or Groups window, in the Enter the object names to select field, type Authenticated Users.
Click Check Names. Click OK.
In the Permissions window, click Authenticated Users.
Select the check box to allow read permission. Click OK.
