Generate an activation email message for a BlackBerry device
You can
customize the activation email message to add information about how to activate a BlackBerry device or to
make sure that the activation email message meets your organization's requirements. The activation
email message is sent to a user when you assign a BlackBerry device to a
user account.
Note: For BlackBerry 10 devices, you must set
the “Allow activation information to be emailed” setting to Yes in the BlackBerry Device Service.
- On the menu bar, click Users.
- Click the name of a user account.
- In the Device activation section, click Generate activation email message.
