Best practices for administering BES10 Cloud

When you start administering BES10 Cloud, perform these administration tasks in the following order:

	Sign up for BES10 Cloud and obtain licenses.
	Optionally, set up the following in your environment: Install the BlackBerry Cloud Connector if you want to connect to your company directory. See Accessing your company directory. Obtain an APNs certificate if you want to manage iOS devices. See Getting ready to manage iOS devices.
	Set up device controls and settings. See Controlling how devices connect to work resources, Setting your organization's standards for devices, and Controlling the capabilities of devices.
	Manage apps. See Managing work apps on devices.
	Create and manage user groups, users, and administrators. See Managing groups, users, and administrators.
	Activate and manage devices. See Activating devices.
