Verify the connection with BES10 Cloud
To help you troubleshoot
issues, you can verify the connection between the BlackBerry Cloud Connector
and BES10 Cloud. The
following task verifies the connection for each instance that you installed.
Before you begin: Use an administrator account with the Security Administrator or Enterprise
Administrator role.
- On the menu bar, click Settings.
- In the left pane, click External integration > BlackBerry Cloud Connector.
- Click Poll now.
