The administration website is not responding

Possible cause

Your browser caches some of the files that the BlackBerry Internet Service administration website uses. If the cached files are out of date, the website might stop responding.

Possible solution

1. Use your browser to delete all offline content that the browser cached. Depending on your browser, you might need to delete temporary Internet files or clear the cache from your recent history.
2. Press CTRL+F5.
