Availability of features on the administration website

The availability of certain BlackBerry Internet Service features depends on the following items:

• Permissions that are assigned to administrators or support staff members based on the groups that they belong to
• Version of the BlackBerry Internet Service that the administration website uses
• Administration website settings and service features that are specified in the service agreement with BlackBerry
