Manage multiple domains |
You can configure BlackBerry Management Studio to access and manage devices in supported domains, including BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5, BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, and previous releases of the BlackBerry Device Service and Universal Device Service. Perform advanced management tasks outside BlackBerry Management Studio |
In BlackBerry Management Studio, click the Services drop-down list to access the BlackBerry Device Service, Universal Device Service, or BlackBerry Enterprise Server to perform more advanced tasks. |
Customizable display |
User accounts are displayed as links that you can access to view the properties of each user account. You can drag the columns in the user search results to customize the information that is displayed and you can reverse the order of the user search results by clicking the column header. You can also display or hide column header by clicking the + column header. |
Quick action menu |
In the search results, click the View/Edit User icon that is located next to a user name to access a quick menu of tasks you can perform for the user account. |
Default values |
Default values that you can customize are provided in the fields as a suggestion. |
Required fields |
Fields that have a red asterisk (*) beside them are required. You must submit a value in all required fields to complete a task. |
Online help |
Click the Help link in the upper-right corner of the screen to access BlackBerry Management Studio online help. |
