Delete credentials for HTTP basic authentication
- On a computer that hosts a BlackBerry Administration Service instance, in the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 installation files, navigate to the tools folder and run TraitTool.exe as an administrator.
- Type traittool -BASServer <server_name> -trait BASProxyBasicAuthUID -erase, , where <server_name> is the name of the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Administration Service instance.
- Type traittool -BASServer <server_name> -trait BASProxyBasicAuthPassword -erase, where <server_name> is the name of the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Administration Service instance.
After you finish: Repeat this task on each computer that hosts a BlackBerry Administration Service instance.
