Add a user account from the company directory
If you have installed the BlackBerry Cloud Connector,
you can add a user account directly from your company directory. For more information
about the BlackBerry Cloud Connector,
see Accessing your company directory.
- On the menu bar, click Users and Devices.
- Click the + icon beside All Users.
- On the Company directory tab, search for a user account.
- In the Name list, select the user account.
- If groups exist in the Group membership list, select the groups that you want to add the user account to. Click the right arrow icon.

Auto-generate device activation password and send email with activation instructions
To automatically generate an activation password: - Select Auto-generate device activation password and send email with activation instructions.
- Specify the number of minutes, hours, or days that a user can activate a device before the activation password expires in the Activation password expiration field.
Set device activation password
To specify the activation password: - Select Set device activation password.
- Type an activation password for the user account.
- To send activation information to the user, click Send email with activation instructions and activation password.
- Specify the number of minutes, hours, or days that a user can activate a device before the activation password expires in the Activation password expiration field.
Do not set device activation password
To specify an activation password later: - Select Do not set device activation password.
- If you use custom injection variables, expand Custom variables and specify the appropriate values for the variables that you defined. For more information, see Custom injection variables.

Do one of the following:
- To save the user account and create another user account, click Save and New.
- To save the user account, click Save.
