Turn off email message forwarding to a user account

You can temporarily stop the BlackBerry Enterprise Server from forwarding email messages to a BlackBerry device (for example, if a user is out of a wireless coverage area and does not want to receive email messages during that time). When you turn off message forwarding for a user account, the user cannot send or receive email messages.
  1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User.
  2. Click Manage users.
  3. Search for a user account.
  4. Click Edit user.
  5. In the Messaging configuration section, click Default configuration.
  6. In the Email services settings section, on the Redirect to BlackBerry device drop-down list, click No.
  7. Click Continue to user information edit.
  8. Click Save all.
