Turn off email message forwarding to user accounts in a group

You can temporarily stop the BlackBerry Enterprise Server from forwarding email messages to user accounts that belong to a user group (for example, if the members of the user group are out of a wireless coverage area and do not want to receive email messages during that time). When you turn off message forwarding for user accounts, users cannot send or receive email messages.
  1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry Solution management menu, expand User.
  2. Click Manage users.
  3. Click View more criteria.
  4. In the Group criteria section, in the Specific group drop-down list, click the group you want to turn off message forwarding for.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Select all users.
  7. In the Device services list, click Turn off redirection for selected devices.
