Export a list of user accounts

You can export a list of user accounts from BlackBerry Business Cloud Services to a .csv file. The .csv file contains information about the user accounts, such as the user ID, display name, PIN and email address.
  1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User.
  2. Click Manage users.
  3. Select the check boxes beside the display names of the appropriate user accounts.
  4. In the Export users list, click Export selected users.
  5. Click Download file.
  6. Save the .csv file.
