Update a user account manually
You can reload user account information to display the latest information on the screen without searching for a user account again.
- In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User.
- Click Manage users.
- Search for a user account.
- In the search results, click the display name for the user account.
- In the Status list, click Reload user.
