Log in to the BlackBerry Account Center

In a browser, navigate to www.blackberry.com/bbac.
In the Username field, type the email address you used to register your account.
In the Password field, type the password you used when you activated your account.
Click Sign In.
If you are logging in to the BlackBerry Account Center for the first time, in the Country drop-down list, select your location. Review and accept the license agreements.
