Add software configurations to a group

You can add a software configuration to a group to control the apps that are optional and required on the BlackBerry devices that are associated with the user accounts in the group.

  1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand Group.
  2. Click Manage groups.
  3. Click the name of the group.
  4. Click Edit group.
  5. Click the Software configurations tab.
  6. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To add one software configuration to the group, select the software configuration and click Add.
    • To add more than one software configuration to the group, select multiple software configurations and click Add.
    • To add all of the software configurations to the group, click Add all.
  7. Click Save all.
