Work Connect contacts rule

This rule specifies whether work contacts are exported from the Work Connect app in the work space to the personal address book on the device. The Contacts app is the personal address book on an iOS device. If you select Export to personal address book, only work contacts with phone numbers are exported. When you deactivate the device, work contacts are removed from the personal address book. If you select Do not export to personal address book, work contacts are not exported and calls and SMS text messages from work contacts do not display the contact name. If you select Allow user to configure, the user can choose to export work contacts from the Work Connect app to the personal address book. |
