Delete only work data
If you misplace your device and want to protect the work data on your device, or if you are no longer using the device for work, you can delete the work data on your device. The command will delete your work email messages and other work data. Your device will no longer be managed by your administrator in BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.
- In BES10 Self-Service, select a device.
- Click Delete only work data.
- To confirm your request, click Delete only work data.
