Delete all device data
If your device is lost or stolen, you might want to remotely delete all the data on your device. This command will wipe all data from the device, return the device to its factory settings, and remove it from BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.
- In BES10 Self-Service, select the device.
- Click Delete all device data.
- To confirm your request, click Delete all device data.
