Log in to BES10 Self-Service
Your administrator will provide you with the information that you need to log in to BES10 Self-Service.
Before you begin:
You will need the following information:
- Web address for BES10 Self-Service
- Username and password (this is often your organization username and password)
- Domain name (if necessary)
- In your computer browser, type the web address for BES10 Self-Service.
- On the login page, type your username and password.
- Select an authentication type from the Sign in using drop-down list.
- If you selected Microsoft Active Directory authentication, type the domain name in the Domain field.
- Click Sign in.
After you finish: If you selected Direct authentication, the first time you log in you are prompted
to change your login password.
