Create an activation password

To activate devices over the wireless network, you need an activation password. You can create an activation password using BES10 Self-Service.

  1. Log in to BES10 Self-Service.
  2. In the top-right corner of the home page, click + Activate a device.
  3. In the Device drop-down menu, select the type of device that you want to activate.
  4. Click the play button to watch a short video tutorial to learn how to activate your device.
  5. In the Specify activation password and Confirm activation password fields, type a password.
  6. Click Submit. The activation password is valid for the amount of time displayed in the confirmation message.
