Work Domains IT policy rule

Description

This rule specifies a list of resources (for example, domain names, server names, and email-address domains) that a BlackBerry device identifies as work resources. If you list a domain, all of the subdomains of the domain are included automatically. If you list multiple resources, separate the resources with a comma (,), semicolon (;), or space. For example, if your organization has multiple domains, type example.com, example.net, example.org.

If you set this rule, the device warns a BlackBerry device user when an email message includes an email address that does not belong to a work domain. The device highlights email addresses that do not belong to the work domain in yellow. If the user tries to forward a work email to an email address that does not belong to the work domain or includes an email address that does not belong to the work domain to a reply, the device also displays a warning message.
