Creating email message filters
You can create email message filters to define which email messages BlackBerry Business Cloud Services forwards to a BlackBerry device. When users receive email messages in the incoming message queue, BlackBerry Business Cloud Services applies email message filters to determine how to direct the messages: forward, forward with priority, or do not forward to the devices.
Email message filters that you create and apply to a user account override the email message filters that the user creates on the device or using the BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager. You can specify the order that BlackBerry Business Cloud Services applies the email message filters in.
