GAN Signal Strength Threshold IT policy rule

Description

This rule specifies the signal strength threshold that a BlackBerry® device can use to change from the WAN to the GAN. In the WAN-preferred mode, if the signal strength drops below the threshold, the device tries to transition to GAN.
