Description |
This rule specifies the signal quality threshold that a BlackBerry® device uses to change from the WAN to the GAN. In WAN-preferred mode, if the signal quality drops below the threshold, the device tries to transition to the GAN. The signal quality is related to the bit error rate and is described in the 3GPP® 5.08 8.2.4 specification as follows:
